  • How do I set up my Qrispy eSIM?

    Install your eSIM automatically through the Qrispy app by following the guided installation steps. The app simplifies the process, making setup quick and hassle-free.

  • What should I do if my eSIM isn’t working?

    Follow these steps from our Help Center documentation:

    - Verify that your device settings match the setup instructions.
    - Check your APN settings to ensure they are set to “globaldata.”
    - Enable Airplane Mode for a few seconds, then turn it off.
    - For persistent issues, email us at [email protected] with your account details for prompt assistance.

  • Can I use Qrispy eSIM for voice calls or SMS?

    Qrispy is optimized for data services. Use apps like WhatsApp, Skype, or Zoom for voice and messaging. SMS or traditional voice services are not currently supported.

  • Can I manage multiple eSIM profiles on my device?

    Yes, most devices allow storing multiple eSIM profiles (up to 8 or more). However, typically only two eSIM profiles can be active at a time, or one eSIM profile and one local SIM.

  • What happens to my eSIM if I reset my device?

    Resetting your device may delete your eSIM profile. However, you can reinstall your Qrispy eSIM through the app. Note that we allow up to five deletions and re-installations, as specified in the Help Center documentation.

  • How do I deactivate or delete my eSIM?

    Go to your device’s Cellular/Mobile Service settings, select Qrispy, and disable or delete the eSIM. You can enable or reinstall it at any time.

  • Can I transfer my eSIM to another device?

    eSIMs are device-specific and cannot be transferred. If you need assistance with setting up your eSIM on a new device, please contact us at [email protected].
